GoukenFL vs. Merkilo

Merkilo defeats GoukenFL(me) 5-0

He used the c.lk, c.lp string a lot. I tried it to do it, but it was met by a SRK.

Can't jump at or away from him. That's asking for a SRK.

Can't do pokes. He's always a step ahead.

All my fireballs are countered by a fireball or a jump-in combo.

I can't even defend a jump-in Roundhouse!

How can I improve when I keep getting humiliated like this?

Hey man don't stress out too much, you need to play people at your skill level or higher to improve don't give up yet. This is a great opportunity to improve quickly. A big thing to work on I noticed was blocking crossups, and maybe option select throw teching because thats where I was probably doing most of my damage. I know I tend to abuse SRK alot, if you see me doing this you can try to bait one just by blocking and then punishing me, I'll try to get our match video posted today.
